We wanted to reach out to our clients to reassure you that the PWCM Support staff, as with all divisions of Bentley, remain fully available to support your projects during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are taking extra precautions for the sake of our staff and clients, such as working remotely, changing in person meetings to video conferences and conducting all training sessions remotely.
All of our services remain available. Now may be a good time to request additional training on any features you have yet to explore, or explore Bentley's other products that may provide remotely accessible solutions. All demos and training sessions can be recorded and shared with team members who may not be able to attend at the scheduled time.
As more staff on your project teams start working remotely rather than coming into the office, please let us know if any challenges come up. As always, we are here to help brainstorm solutions for your projects.
